This site is the Online Community to represent and communicate with the Wheatsheaf Works Residents Association. We provide support, information and other related content for the residents of Wheatsheaf Works in Leicester.
The site is run by the residents of the building, so that no single person is responsible for the association, rather we follow democratic process to elect board members and agree the decisions and directions for the association.
Currently, the board comprises of a few members who have been voted-in to such positions, and leaseholders will need to annually elect their chairperson for the forthcoming year.
We are formally recognised Rendall & Rittner, Lambda GR and Estates & Management.
We are not here as any form of authority or “policing” role, more as a focal point for communication, discussion and forward movement for all residents as well as the block itself.
